Christian Merenda
Christian Merenda is co-founder of OOMEGA, a
company dedicated to provide an open source, integrated modelling and metamodelling
tool for defining languages and code generators. OOMEGA complements object databases
with superior data modelling techniques and provides itself an in-memory ODBMS solution.
Christian holds a diploma of computer sciences from Technical University Munich
and additionally an intermediate diploma in business economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University
Munich.
Throughout his career he has done several IT and top management consulting projects
predominantly in the financial industry. Currently Christian is working for the
IT consulting company Platinion GmbH, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The
Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
